Problem solved and no harm done. I am very impressed with how a recent problem was handled, probably better than I handled it in the first place. It takes a very big person with a lot of courage and humility to right a wrong. I am not sure I possess those same qualities all the time. This week I learned that people may surprise you if you let them.
